This comprehensive review examines the antioxidant properties found in various Indonesian herbal drinks (jamu). The study analyzed 50 different jamu formulations and identified key bioactive compounds including flavonoids, phenolic compounds, and curcuminoids that contribute to antioxidant activity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan formulasi sediaan jamu yang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Uji klinis dilakukan terhadap 100 subjek selama 3 bulan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada level sel darah putih dan aktivitas sel NK (Natural Killer).
